About Sakura
A Minecraft client made with care by a small, independent team, for players who settle in for long sessions.
What we care about
Calm
Sakura stays out of your way. Everything reads at a glance, and nothing shouts for your attention.
Fast on any PC
Sakura tunes itself to the PC it runs on, from big desktops to laptops with built-in graphics.
Fair
No cheats, ever, and every server decides which mods it allows. Safe and fair says more.
Together
Friends, groups, chat and shared worlds are built in, so playing together takes one click.
Where we are
Sakura is in open beta. Anyone who makes an account can play, and every week brings something new: the launcher’s What’s new and our blog say what.
The beta is shaped by the people playing it. Report a bug and, once it’s fixed, we thank you by name in the release notes. Bring a friend, and you get coins once they play. Ideas and questions are welcome on our Discord.
Sakura is independent. It isn’t affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft, and Minecraft is Mojang’s.
